Strip-out & waterproof
Old surfaces out, substrate made good, screed laid, membrane applied and left to cure properly.
Tiling
Set-out marked before a cut is made, full-bed adhesive, then grout and silicone to the junctions.
Handover
Site cleaned, PS3 issued where required, and your 10-year warranty in writing.
